There is no tax on money you inherit.
They make you pay the fee money first (the 20k) and then you never get the "inheritance", they simply disappear. Its the same as that Nigerian Prince who wants to give you 5 million dollars if you just pay him 20k so he can get access to his money. The whole thing is a fake, give him the 20k and you never hear from the scammer again.
You didn't say where this is. In the US, there is NO federal inheritance tax. A few states do tax inheritance, but the tax is a percentage of the inheritance value, NOT a fixed amount, and is a tax, not a FEE. Whatever this 'Arron' is is a scam.
If you received an email or text saying that you have an inheritance but are required to pay a fee or tax, it is a SCAM. Wake up!
