Its the same as that Nigerian Prince who wants to give you 5 million dollars if you just pay him 20k so he can get access to his money. The whole thing is a fake, give him the 20k and you never hear from the scammer again.
You didn't say where this is. In the US, there is NO federal inheritance tax. A few states do tax inheritance, but the tax is a percentage of the inheritance value, NOT a fixed amount, and is a tax, not a FEE. Whatever this 'Arron' is is a scam.

If you received an email or text saying that you have an inheritance but are required to pay a fee or tax, it is a SCAM. Wake up!
