I am putting together a Pokémon team for competing online. I know there is a lot about this, but researching is taking awhile. After researching for about a week I've decided to construct a team consisting of:
-A Physical Sweeper:

Earthquake / Roost / Dragon Claw / Fire Blast, Stone Edge

Pokémon: Lucario (or Starmie)
Specs: Focus Sash
Mild or Rash
252 spd, 252 Satk, 6 Atk
Aura Sphere/Psychic/Dragon/Dark pulse/Extreme Speed

Timid
4 HP/ 252 SpA/ 252 Spe
Hydro Pump, Surf / Thunderbolt / Ice Beam / Recover, Rapid Spin)

252 HP / 40 SpA / 216 SpD
Discharge / Thunderbolt/Ice Beam /Recover /Toxic / Thunder Wave
-A Spiker:
Pokémon: Skarmory
Specs: Leftovers / Shed Shell
Impish
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Spikes / Stealth Rock /Whirlwind / Roost /Brave Bird
-Cleric: (possibly a mixed sweeper)
Pokémon: Blissey (Infernape)
Specs:Leftovers
Natural Cure
Bold
252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Spe
Aromatherapy / Softboiled / Seismic Toss, Flamethrower / Thunder Wave, Toxic
(Life Orb
Naive, Hasty
252 Atk/ 64 SpA/ 192 Spe
Close Combat / U-Turn, Grass Knot / Stone Edge, Mach Punch / Overheat)
I think this is a good team, but I am new to this. Please no negative feedback just positive criticism. I am very open to what can change anything can leave or come in. I would like Sceptile, but if not oh well.
Update:So if all my pokémon are level 100 any way to determine how they play up to other people.
Update 3:And should I use Lucario or Starmie for special sweeper? and the Cleric or mixed sweeper?

SKARMORY is a good bet, Lucario is great,Snorlax is perfect. All due, its very balanced and strategically placed. A+
Don't use Blissey as a mixed sweeper. It has terrible attacking stats already and splitting your EVs into two attacking stats won't make it any better. You do know why people run Flamethrower on Blissey right? It's to counter Scizor mainly relying entirely on that 4x weakness to do any damage. Ice Beam is run for Landorus and stuff, once again for that weakness, it simply isn't able to do neutral damage effectively. I would say Toxic/Flamethrower is a good combination for obvious reasons.
Porygon2is a strange choice of special wall, considering Blissey is THE special wall. I mean just turn Blissey into a special wall completely, and switch Porygon2 for a Fighting resist.
A Curselax is pretty standard, however you do not need Leftovers if you have Curse and Rest. I sometimes use Sleep Talk, but as it turns out Earthquake is pretty useful to have.
As for Lucario, consider why you would ever want to run a Dragon move not on a Dragon type, what exactly are you hitting super effectively? Dragon types? Why not an Ice move then? Fighting/Dark is one of the better two type coverage sets and Extremespeed gives you exactly priority against those sweepers who decide to set up but you don't faint on the first turn. Similarly Psychic isn't the best coverage move, having a setup move would benefit you much better, considering you do have a focus sash.
The Starmie is pretty standard on the other hand, it gives you a Fighting resist as I mentioned before. I don't run Hydro Pump on anything anymore as I have had too much bad luck but it certainly helps in most cases. I don't feel like doing an entire Wi-Fi matchup of this team so I would say finetune it with real battles.
I think that your teem is very balanced in their attacks and its abilities but it also depends in their levels if they have 80 or more it will be very difficult to defeat you.
