hi! I have a white budgie and just today I noticed something in her feathers. It looks like a blood feather, but I’m not sure if it needs to be removed. A few months ago, she bled due to blood feather so I immediately removed it. This time, I’m hesitant because even if it looks very red, there’s no actual bleeding! is this normal? i don’t want to cause her unnecessary pain :(
do i remove it or let it be? We don’t really have an avian vet around now, so your opinions will be very helpful!
Update:BTW, she has this situation going on both sides of her wings!

It isn't bleeding so leave it alone.
I would just leave it for now, and keep a close eye on it for any changes.
