You are fairly strong for a 14 year old. BUT, I think you could easily lift the same amount of weight at 50 pounds less. Mass does help with football, but I think you are setting yourself up for some big health problems in your future.
140? You are weak if you can't bench your body weight at least ten times I weigh 170 and I can bench your weight 20 times maybe 25 easy and I am in my 50's
Being so short and young, it's impossible for your weight to be made of muscles. Your BMI is 36.3 kg/m2 !!! Your lean mass is unlikely to be above 21 kg/m2, and just cannot be above 25 kg/m2 (even for an adult). The 11-15 kg/m2 of difference are pure fat.
And that's coherent with the fact that your lifting performances are not impressive at all for somebody of your weight. I'm not sure how much I squat, but I can easily deadlift 400+ and bench 200+, with the same bodyweight as you.
Yes, your overweight, and this can affect your health the rest your life. Your predisposition for diabetes at the weight you are at that age you on the height you are.

Your body mass index is around 34.6... A person whose BMI > 30 is considered obese (so you are a whale).
You should loose 71/72 lbs.

you sound like you might need to lose some weight, or you could get your thyroid checked out to make sure thats not causing your weight gain
If that weight is mostly muscles, there's no problem.
No, you're perfect and fit.
Not if you're playing football. Hopefully you'll grow into that weight in the next couple years.
