yes..it is possible. if you want to share where you are located in ireland, we can help you to find a venue where you can get it done.
please repost though because we can only post one answer here to each question.
Thomas - why should anyone else have to pay for a couple's decision to get married, I completely agree with the original poster, who said that it's up to them to pay for it!!!
Of course you can get married for that amount.
The number one saver in weddings is by cutting the guest list to a very intimate wedding.
Cater yourselves will also save tons.
Have a backyard wedding or pay to hire a hall.
Buy a second hand or cheap dress, doesn't have to be a "wedding" dress from an expensive shop.
Favours are a waste of money in my opinion.
Good luck!!
A friend of mine got married a few years ago, and because of circumstances they had to pay the bill themselves. They booked a local GAA hall instead of a big hotel. They asked around and got a friend of a friend to DJ the afters. The food was a simple buffet but it was lovely.
To be honest, even though it was low key, it was one of the best weddings I had ever been to.
Im sure you can make a brilliant day for that amount, can anyone else not help?, it seems unfair to have to pay for your whole wedding, you are the bride after all!
I doubt it. If you truly are Irish, you'll spend that much on whiskey alone.
