According to the IRS web site, you must file by Apr 15, but if you owe money, you can defer payment to Jul 15.
But a quote from the Treasury Secy says file deadline has moved from Apr 15 to Jul 15.

Update:Takes 10 minutes to change a web site (or it should). No excuse for putting out conflicting information, specially in this time of troubles.
Update 3:The IRS has finally updated (partially) their web site. Several pages still say Apr, but one page says "Payment Deadline Extended to July 15, 2020", but elsewhere on the same page, it says "The filing deadline for tax returns remains April 15, 2020". Typical screw up ...

The IRS has extended the filing of federal income tax returns DEADLINE for 90 days. Don't know what is so hard to understand about that.
