W2 is available online at irs.gov. Or check your spam or junk mail today see if it is in there

If she wanted you to fill out forms before work but failed to send them for whatever reason, there isn't anything you can do, it's not the end of the world, she will have you fill out the paperwork when you go in.. Did you check your spam folder?

You can download the W4 yourself at www.irs.gov. The link for it is right on the home page. That's not the only think you have to fill out though. If she doesn't send you the paperwork tonight, make sure you take 2 forms of ID with you to work tomorrow. Usually your social security card and drivers license or school ID are adequate.

Ring IHOP now and ask for her, and ask if you can come in and pick up your forms. today, if not ask if you can come in early tomorrow and fill them out before you start work. (should only take 30-45 mins).

once they are filled out take a photo (timestamped with your phone) for your records.

today with mobile phones it is really easy and important to record all your hours and any dangerous work environments with your phone, so later if anything happens (and it often will ) you have a record of what you thought was important.

Just turn up tomorrow for training at 8am. You will get the information needed soon enough.

I'd show up tomorrow bit earlier than 8AM and ask the manager about it.

Go into work, if they ask tell them she must have forgot to send it.
