You mostly use "dein". "Ihr" (capital letter!!) is for people whom you would not address with their first name, that's a general rule.
"mögen" is a verb, almost always meaning "to like". "Gern(e)" is an adverb, which can be used in a similar way. For example, 'Ich mag Brot', or 'Ich esse gern Brot'. Both similar. Möchte is translated into English as "would like" and therefore is somewhat more polite and not so forward.
The future tense is expressed with "werden" and not "wollen". That is a common mistake from native speakers of English.
