I am originally from San Diego, moved to raise my family and now I’m wanting Hot weather and much needed vitamin D…lol
I would like some info a good news paper to look for renting a home until we decide to buy?
What are the hottest months?
I have been told that Phoenix is the capitol of child kidnapping and gangs, what is you opinion on this and does that effect Chandler?
Is the economy good?
Why are there so many home reposed?
I was told that in two years there will be an amusement park built some place in AZ placing many jobs, any info on this?

You will find lots of places for rent at apartments.com apartmentfinder.com. You can find houses for rent at yahoo.real estate. I don't think that the crime in Phoenix is any worse than any other big city. Chandler is actually a suburb and is considered a pretty nice place to live. The economy is really bad in arizona and is one of the reasons for all the repossessed homes. Also many people owed more than their homes were worth and they just walked away. It is really hot in Arizona in the summer months, June to September.
