I’m going to get married with someone from China. What does she need to get married in the USA.

I know she will need her passport and Visa. Does she need anything else. It will take place in Minneapolis MN. I’ve contacted the city. They tell me just her passport and my id. Then we go apply for a marriage LIC. and wait 5 days then we can get Married. I’m only 20 years old and don’t know much about this. Does need anything more than just a passport.
