I’m 18 and I’ve had a steady job for almost a year now. Can I get a car loan from my bank? (Security service federal credit union)?
I always use my grandmothers car to get to work but it always conflicts her schedule as it’s the only car we have. I asked her to co-sign a loan with me but shes not up to it. Can I get a loan with no credit but a steady proof on income? I’m in dire need of a car.

Very few 18 year olds qualify for income and lack of credit.
A large down payment would help too.
You should probably get a discover secured card to start building some credit now. While it won't help a lot, it will help. Also, in the meantime, save as if you were paying the car payment and insurance.
yes u can. maybe u will need a small down payment. it is always better to get a loan for anything from a bank, not a car dilership or some shady loan seller. so go in one and ask - it is free. asking i mean
