I have very severe health anxiety. It’s to the point I’m in my room all day (I’m homeschooled). I’ve been to the ER twice and my normal doctor. All say I’m fine and it’s just severe anxiety. I have extremely strange sensations in my head, insomnia, loss of appetite, dizziness, headaches, and little control over my bladder. I also have a problem pulling my hair. I feel like I’m going crazy. I haven’t been eating, sleeping, or drinking any water/ little amounts of water so I know rationally it’s most likely that causing my symptoms but this all started with the strange head sensations. I’m seeing a phycologist soon and I have Xanax to take as needed m. I don’t want to get addicted though so I only take it when it’s worst case scenario. My dad is tired of my anxiety to the point he’s just annoyed by me. I’m terrified of having a brain tumor or a seizure. But like I said before all the doctors I’ve seen say I’m fine. I need advice. I’m just lost and scared. I’m extremely tired of feeling sick and scared all the time. Every moment of every day I feel like I’m dying or something’s wrong with me. I’m extremely desperate at this point. Does anyone experience the same symptoms I do? What do you do to calm your anxious mind?

I'm sorry to hear that. I have a link to an article that has five helpful tips on deal with anxiety: https://www.jw.org/en/bible-teachings/teenagers/as...
You're ridiculous. Not all meds make you addicted. SOME do, most don't.
You also ramble a lot.
A normal fifteen-year-old seeking attention. Although the symptoms appear real nothing the matter with you.
Peace.
Sitting in your room makes it worse. I know it is hard to start, but you have to get outside and exercise, walk and get some fresh air. Try a short walk and then make it longer, at the the same time every day. Also mutlivitamins, especially B vitamins will lessen anxiety and improve your mood. Not eating properly makes your brain feel foggy, so eat. The only way out is to push yourself to change.
You have posted this several times over a period of weeks. You are always going to see a mental health professional "soon."
I would be visiting with a Psychiatrist tomorrow, not "soon." There is no way to identify the issues over the internet. Certainly it sounds like depression.
And I agree - studies show that a high percentage of home schooled students suffer from anxiety or depression. Perhaps that's why they are home schooled. I don't know.
Who prescribed the xanax "as needed?" That does not appear to be sound medical advice.
If you ate as little as you say for a period of time you would be starving yourself to death.
I also agree - meditate or exercise.
Learn how to meditate.
I'm going to say this...I've been on Y!A a decade and it seems like the kids with the most anxiety/depression issues are always home schooled. You have to live in the world. If you do, you'll be less afraid of it.
