I’m 15 and a boy and want to start getting built like 6 pack and biceps..?

So like Ik you need to eat chicken and brown rice and protein shakes and bars and stuff like that but like 30 minutes BEFORE workout do I drink the Protein Shake or a protein bar? And for AFTER workout what do I eat. Like could I gain muscle just by eating protein bars for after workouts?
