So like Ik you need to eat chicken and brown rice and protein shakes and bars and stuff like that but like 30 minutes BEFORE workout do I drink the Protein Shake or a protein bar? And for AFTER workout what do I eat. Like could I gain muscle just by eating protein bars for after workouts?

I wouldn't worry much about protein before your workouts, Protein is used for building and repairing muscles after being worked... I would eat carbs before your workouts as that is what will give you the energy for your performance. But protein after workouts is a must if your serious with muscle building.

Protein shakes and bars are really unhealthy and they will not make your muscles bigger. Eat real food like meat and eggs and veggies. And eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full.

No need for shakes or bars. Just eat normal food. You cannot gain muscle by eating protein. You only gain muscle by working out those muscles. So just start working out, save your money and eat the normal things like milk, chicken, beef, eggs for more protein. Working your muscles is the key.
