Unfortunately, no. He will still be eligible to run next year. Impeachment is done by the House. They decide whether or not to bring articles of impeachment against the President, which is similar to having charges brought against you in a criminal court. The Senate decides whether to acquit the President, or to impeach him and remove him from office. Then if the President is removed, the Senate can vote on whether or not to ban the President from running for future office. Given the current Senate membership, he will be acquitted. Even if he is impeached, they are unlikely to ban him from future office.
When he is impeached, he can still run for election. If the Senate was brave enough to convict and remove him, then he would never be able to run for any public office again.
Trump will be impeached in the house, cleared in the senate, then he will be reelected. He will not be removed from office unless the left actually can up with specific crimes. The house impeachment, this entire fiasco, is political only. They have already submitted four separate bills in the house to impeach Trump that went no where, they tried the Mueller crap which has now been proved to be nothing more then political. They used electronic surveillance on Trump, his family, his campaign that we now know was political in nature. From the time he was elected, from the attempt to take over the electoral college on, it has been nothing but political. We do not like him so we will harm the country trying to oust him.
Not sure if you're trolling or not, but I'll bite.
If the House impeaches Trump, the process then moves to Senate. It is the Senate who decide whether or not to remove the President from office. If they choose not to do so, Trump is free to run in 2020.
Impeachment is just the bringing of charges. After it takes place, there will be a trial in the Senate. Trump won't be convicted by the terrified Republican majority, so he'll be able to run again.
If he WERE convicted, he'd be removed from office, and the Senate could also invoke a provision that would prevent him from ever running for public office again.
