If a person doesn’t say anything when you greet them do you keep on greeting them other days?
I noticed some ppl say Goodmorning all the time but then there is other ppl that when you say Goodmorning they don’t even say anything back. I feel like what’s the point of saying hi to them another time . It’s weird .

No, it's rude to not respond to a pleasant greeting. They aren't worth it.
Just nod at them, the nod says everything that needs to be said and the other person completely understands.
I always figure that when people greet U especially in work places, it's a mandatory script. Not that they want to talk to you.
