He could. But I think there are simpler solutions than that.
When Biden is sworn in on January 20th, he becomes President and Commander and Chief of the Armed Forces and head of the new Cabinet which is in charge of Homeland Security, the FBI, etc. On January 20th at noon, Trump would become a squatter. The power of Presidency would be transferred no matter where Trump is.
Only some people knew that Trump would be doing what he's now doing. It should not get to being escorted out the door, but if that's what it takes, it will happen.
