I was dismissed for breach of procedure, my employer sent me a letter to pay £15000 i stole which was not true?
My employer sent me a letter after i was dismissed to pay £15,000 for the cost of the goods/cash that i stole from them and cost of my detection and apprenhension, which never happen.

Ignore the letter, or simple ask for evidence, and warn him that he might face legal actions for defamation unless he can prove his claim.
Refuse any other communication from them.
If you did nothing wrong, then you have nothing to fear. Let them hash it out in court with you.
