[-(-3) +/- sq.root((-3)^2 -4(1)(-3))] = [3 +/- sq rt.(21)]/2
Two solutions: 1.5 +/- (sq rt. 21)/2
hmm it kind of depends on how you need your final answer to look.
But you can add +3x+3 to the other side and square root both sides
leaving you with x = sqr(3x+3)
