I missed my job orientations at Target, but I got a call back saying that I’ve been rescheduled, does that mean I still have the job?
So I interviewed for Target they offered me the position, and then I met with HR did a background check, but the thing is, I was told that she would call me for orientations. So 3 days go by I get a email (not a call) for oriantations. It said November 18 so I said I got time before I start working but I get a call telling me that I had mg orientation today, and was told that I missed it, but I didn’t receive a email or a call for it today, then I later check my email to see I got the email at 1:50 in the morning. Eventually she said that they reschedule me for the 18th but do I still have the job? And it was all just a screw up at the end of the day?

Common sense should tell you that they would not reschedule orientation if they had withdrawn the job offer.
Yes, you have the job. If you are not an employee, there is no need to give you an orientation. Show up early on the 18th and say nothing more about it.
