I have a 59.7 in my chemistry class and my teacher is really hard and strict on grading, there’s only about 6 weeks left in the semester and i don’t know if I could get my grade up in there what should I do?

Throw yourself at your professors mercy, get a tutor, stalk the A students in the class. Spend minimal time on all other areas of your life for the next 6 weeks and focus full time on this one. Live, breath, eat and sleep chemistry. Beg for extra credit. Ask what will be on an exam in front of the class, specific questions. What chapters are the primary focus. Sometimes you just have to repeat a course. It feels bad to be in your position but you will survive and if you end up having to change your major which is the very worst case scenario life will go on and you will find new passions and interests and live a productive and wonderful life.
Important to know --- 1. How many graded assignments have you done? 2. How many graded assignments are in the next 6 weeks? 3. Are any of the grades weighted? --- Without knowing these it is impossible to give you an accurate answer.

So, there are some things you can try. Go back and read and study your notes EVERY night. On the weekend read about parts of the book you do not understand. Maybe get a tutor to help you with studying --- NOT DOING HOMEWORK FOR YOU. Start taking better notes in class. READ before you go to class. If you are in chapter 10 on page 243, read the next part of the chapter before class tomorrow and make notes of what you do not understand. ASK questions about those things in class. Work all problems assigned, then work some more until you understand how to do them. --- Seriously, you should have been doing this since the first of second day when you realized you were not doing well. === Good luck.
