ok so my name is jack and i currently live in Austin Texas, i recently moved from Houston where my best friend currently lives (he has been my best friend since elementary). Because i moved, i have been visiting all my friends every 2 months or so and i have been staying in my best friends house and thats the problem, his younger sister lives there too and i LOVE her, she is 2 years younger than me and we are very good friends, i think she really likes me too but the thing is obviously we have been sleeping in the same house and my best friends parents really trust me and they sometimes spend the night out and leave the 3 of us alone, so if i told my best friend or his parents nothing would be the same i guess or they would feel backstabbed or idk WHAT SHOULD I DO????

You haven't acted on these feelings for her, so don't feel guilty about it. By all means tell her how you feel, and tell your friend too. It will be fine, don't worry.
