Actually, none of those fish should be in there. The angels need at least 30 gallons, roughly 115 liters, if they are not a breeding pair. If they are a breeding pair then all they need is 20 gallons or around 80 liters. The plecos will also get too big depending on what type you have, most would be too big for that tank though.

No. Bala sharks get a foot long, are social fish and want to be with several of their own. They are more suited to a 500L.

Nope - the tank cant support the fish that you have now.
Adult angels, about 120litres
Adult plecos, about 300l
Adult Bala sharks, a tank at least 2m long.
pH is the least of your worries.

I think you should not put Bala shark in a tank with silver angels........ I dont know abt the Ph levels..
