I found two needles on my bed .. I don’t own a sewing kit.?

Weird thing is that one of the needles were poking out and I accidentally lightly got stabbed as I stood up from my bed. I was asleep all afternoon I’m sure I would of known it was there. The other one were inches apart. I don’t know maybe somebody can tell me what this means am I being haunted..?
