Like when I’m watching Netflix and have a bad thought I have to rewind to before I had it or when I’m writing my OWN name and have a bad thought I have to erase it and start over and that goes for all words in general it’s just when I don’t go ahead and do it I start to get a ace in my chest and my head hurts I think I’m going crazy

Might want to talk to a counselor-- but you say "bad thought" but what is a "bad thought" to you? Explaining what these thoughts are might be helpful for people to respond back with help.
