I decided I want to get Snakebites (piercing) but I have a BF and I don’t know if I want to go too long without kissing him. If I clean my piercing right after will it be okay? Thanks everyone!
Also if you have an info or tips about snakebites that would be helpful too..I've done a lot of research but I'd love to hear from some people about them! :)

well i got snakebites yesterday, that night i kissed my guy
and there was no swelling just my lips looks abit plump haha,
just tell him to kiss you softy, sorry can't help with much information
just like any other piercing you have to clean it regularly to keep away any
infections, be careful not to bump it during the healing process, it doesn't really hurt
actually i thought it would hurt more, It just feels weird after it like talking and smiling
guess it takes abit of time getting use to it, hope it goes well :)
As far as infection goes, if you clean them after then you should be fine. While healing, though, they may be kinda sore, and with oral piercings it's difficult to make your mouth move properly at first. I had to relearn how to eat and drink with a lip ring, lol. So for two or three weeks, you may find kissing to be more trouble than it's worth.
If you clean it after you should be fine :) If you're using saline though don't use that after everytime because you should only use that once a day, I would go with the sea salt and then use mouthwash for the inside :)

when i got my lip pierced i didn't want to be kissed lol.
she just used a needle and pushed it through and it was to fast to hurt, it just felt wierd and my lip felt really hot and i could feel it pulsing against the bar.
and you can give kisses lol

the piercing doesnt really hurt because it is done quickly and you will hardly notice it. but when you want to take them out and let it close up you will most probably be left with annoying scars..
You won't want to be kissed until they heal! Trust me! Listen to your own body. Obviously if it hurts, stop!
If you clean them afterward - you should be fine.
