I finally got myself to take my window ac outside and do a deep clean. I hosed out the inside and the coils, let it dry then put it back together. Now that it’s back in my window I plugged it in and it won’t turn on! No lights or beeps like it normally does. I thought I did all my research and it said to hose it down but did I just completely ruin my ac by doing that?

That is your FATAL error. You shorted out the controls. It MAY be possible to thoroughly dry the electronics and then use the unit. As likely as not, the unit now needs repairs that would cost more than replacing the unit.
Next time clean the unit with an air compressor, not water.
You let water get into the front controls of the unit. Likely you fried the control board.
You did the right thing, but you have to keep the spray from entering its control box area. Take it back out and try to dry its inner sanctum with a hair dryer. Try to run it on 'Fan Only" for a while, if that part works.
You fried the motherboard. It does not like water. Check if there is power at the outlet.
The electrical parts aren't quite so prepared for a good hose-down like that. Cross your fingers for luck and check for stray moisture and a popped fuse or breaker.
spraying water onto anything that runs by electricity is never a good idea. You MAY be able t oget it back by removing the covers on the electrics & leaving in the sun for a day but I wouldn't bet on it. If you've tried turning it on there's a fair chance that the fan motor, switches & thermostat are fried
