Update:Well my standards are already low i do not care if he is ugly or hot i just someone to notice me because k want to feel like i am somewhat attractive

Have confidence and dont be shy. I use to be extremely shy to the point I wouldn't go outside because of it. After gaining confidence and just being me, I attracted people. Confidence is key. Holding a great conversation is also key. No one likes small talk. Get out more and talk more. I've seen some really unattractive people in relationships so I dont think it matters if you lower your standards a bit.
