Hypothetical question involving mind-body interaction ?
Hello all I hope all is well. To get right to the point, if an individual had a motor skill that allowed him/her to excite a large portion (if not all ) of their neurons at one time as well as maintain/hold that excitation for different durations of time, do you think it's possible that an electric/magnetic field (or any field at all) is being produced? What kind of equipment would best help analyze the changes(if any) going on in the individual and the environment? And lastly , based off the situation posed, what areas of the brain would you think play a role in what the individual is experiencing as far as having voluntary control over the process.

There are several legit machines that detect and even map electromagnetic activity in the brain. And we CAN control it via biofeedback--- But EM radiation has nothing to do with ESP---If it exists, as various ESP abilities seem to be connected to interacting with the Universe at a QUANTUM level---as in Quantum Entanglement. Telepathy, for example, not diminishing with the square of distance and exceeding Light speed---Quantum entanglement stuff here, NOT characteristic of EM radiation and the "radio" "transmitter/Receiver" allegory.

As for your question, we do produce an electrical field around our body and that is what operates a lot of touch screen items.
in producing an electrical field, we also produce an electromagnetic field. I am afraid I don't understand the rest of your question. I suppose that operating all muscles at the same time may cause a touch screen to operate at a greater distance if that is what you mean. I am unable to use the touch screen on the jukebox at my club as it registers when I am still an inch away. This means I can never get what I want. Other people have to touch the glass to get a reaction. There are a few others at my club that have the same problem as me so it is nothing uncommon. Some simply have a higher field than others.
If you're asking in reference to study of extrasensory perception, I'll mention that researchers have reported ESP in controlled conditions that made electromagnetic transmission impossible. Also, there are reports of ESP over extremely long distances, e.g. from near the North Pole to NYC (source: Arthur C. Clarke's World of Strange Powers, "From Mind to Mind" on YouTube.)
