I´m tired of having people telling me “oh i saw you liked this and liked that”.

I asked a friend of mine to show me his facebook right after i liked several posts in a row,and guess what? Every single post or image i liked appeared on his page in the following manner: “(My name) liked this” and then every post appeared on his page…

Is there anything i can do to stop this without having to put everyone in the “restrict group”
