I just passed the CELTA course and I got in approximately 6 hrs teaching practice during the course. I have no experience outside of the course itself, so should I include the fact that it was 6 hours, because that's not very much. I've looked up ESL résumés online, but they all are from people who've had tons of experience in the field over several years.
The teaching practice I had was at 2 different levels; I'm including that fact.
My instructors complimented my ability to pick out individual students' weaknesses (like pronunciation and grammar issues) and to adapt published activities to the individual students' needs so they could improve their English in their problem areas. Should I include facts like this on a résumé?

Take a look at the links below. Essentially you need to keep things simple (the people who receive your resume won't necessarily speak English that well) and keep things with an educational slant so you talk about any training you've done in your work, for example.
I suggest you study this film intensely!
