anxiety medication for me. Get really bad chest pains, in such as situation.
Edited: Try breathing deeply, and calmly.
I just talk to somebody else and that way I slowly forget about my nervousness. Sometimes I go to the rest room (haha, rest!) and just try to relax there because it's quieter and less busier there.
Drink juice
Think about positive things. Go on with your head held high.
its just mind over matter my friend,
and may your day be full of magic too.
Breath and sometimes get my anger out by screaming or wearing lol.
By listening to music and songs.
I speak like I'm confident.
Music helps me:)
