I found a formula but I am not really sure if it's all right.

Ʃ x = (n-m+1)*x
k=m
And again I found this formula for sum of 1:

Ʃ 1 = (n-m+1)
i=m
I would really appreciate an explanation :)

= 2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2
= 20
You can use the formula that you found, but it doesn't really make things any simpler:
m = 1
n = 10
x = 2
=> Ʃ... = (10-1+1)*2 = 10*2 = 20.
