how do i scare two owls away if their young one can´t fly yet?
I don't want to scare them away or hurt them but my neighbors complain too much about their noise and I feel bad because the young owl cant fly yet can anyone help me
Update:I´m from Ecuador and if anyone knows a reservation that can come and take the owls to a safe place please I would really appreciated if you may tell me Thank You

As Kim said you cant acctually take them away until they're ready.
Just from your question, you should know the right answer. You DON'T. They must take care of their baby until he is able to fly. Do the right thing and leave them alone.
They won't scare off, and if you try it will just antagonize them. Anyway, it's probably illegal to bother them as most wild birds, especially birds of prey, are legally protected. You should point that out to your neighbors.
