How Do I Know I'm Bipolar Or Depressed?
This One Time I Went Shopping With My Sister And Her Friend To The Mall Ect. And About An Hour Later When I Got Home I Just Had Like I Don't Know Some Kind Of Panic Atack I Just Couldn't Stop Crying. When I Went Out Back To My Sister And Got Myself To Talk I Just Couldn't They Would Ask For My Opinion I Just Started Crying. Are They Just Panic Attacks It's Happened So Many Times Some Are Worse Than Others, It Stops Me From Socializing Going Out And Going To School Am I Depressed Bipolar?
