How do I get my ex boyfriend to move out of my mom’s house?
I broke up with my boyfriend and he refuses to leave my mom’s house. We were living here together to help my mom with the bills and to save up money but, he takes his paycheck and spends the entire thing in 2 days going out to bars? I have asked him to leave and he tells me he will and never does. He has payed the rent a few time but not consistently. Now he says he is going to make my life miserable and somehow he is going to get a restraining order against me (because I have said some not nice things in angry over the situation) and kick me out of my moms house??? I just want him gone 😩 what can I do? We live in Illinois if that is significant to what can help.

1ST you have to ask 4 her permission if you are not the owner of that house, ok?

He absolutely can not kick you out of your family's home. If he wants a restraining order, then he is the one who will need to move.
It is time to get a lawyer involved and get him evicted from the house.
