I already got the codes (Max Cash, rare Candy, all pokeballs, all heal items) and placed them in the cheatlist. I press every kind of buttons already but nothing seems to work. Is there some kind of way you need to do so they will start to work. I am stuck can someone help me?

Edit: yes but where in the game I need to do it. In battle I did it, on main screen, when I pressed start; when I am on my badges screen. And all didnt work.
