Always beware of politicians and/or tax plans which promise to abolish the IRS. That is pure demagoguery. There must always be a government agency responsible for collecting taxes and enforcing tax laws.
There has to be an agency that administers the collection, etc. Get rid of the IRS, and you'd have to create a new agency that did the same thing, just with a different name. Stupid.

and there is no way IRS can be eliminated, it has other functions than income tax

it is GOOD because there are benefits for EVERYONE. There will ALWAYS be an IRS because Trump is REDUCING taxes, not eliminating taxes entirely.
