Canada has removed nurses from the list of occupations in demand. You would have to try for a temp visa and that would mean finding a job first as well as getting a Quebec nursing license.You would need to have a BSN and you have to pass a French language exam that is very difficult.

How are they not skilled workers? I don't know about Quebec but you have to go to school to become a nurse.
