Can i get n shape quick?
I have football coditioning starting in a week and a half, i need to get faster and in more shape by then, im in a little shape,ive been jogging and working out but im not in as much shape as i want to b in.please help me and should i watch my diet because i pretty much eat anything i want

do sprints, if you have access to your city's football field, i just got back from off-season football, we ran 4-100 yard sprints, 4-60 yard sprints, and 4-40 yard sprints, then ran 1.25 miles
watch what you eat, WORK OUT A LOT!
