Ive been wanting to lose wieght lately. And alot of loeing wieght comes from what you eat. only thing ibdont know to many healty meals. So please help ne come up with some healty mean that could be help me lose a good amount of wieght. Thanks ツ

A whole avocado sliced In a salad is good for losing weight. The avocado is very feeling especially if you eat meat. Avocados do have a lot of calories but they are mostly fat burning calories. Best thing to do is drink lots of water (room temperature) and stay away from carbs.
Salad. Lettuce has basically no calories and you can just put a little dressing on it with some healthy chicken. Also progresso soup, some only have 60 cal and they fill you up. Try to stay away from breads, eggs are good for you.
food: carrots with hummus
Apples with a little Carmel
broccoli and a little ranch
steamed asparagus
whole wheat bread thins with veges and parma microwaved about 20 seconds (you can toast the bread) its like a mini healthy pizza!
frozen grapes taste like ice cream
blend frozen bananas makes banana ice cream
hand full of lettuce and mixed Berry's with a third cup of water great smoothie with fruits AND veges:)
Active low fat yogurt
plain greek yogurt with honey
pasta with little soy sauce or parma
strawberry's with a dap of whip cream:)
angle food cake :) healthy dessert
salad
egg with fruit
kashi cereal
almost all soups
jello
asian lettuce role
chicken with some yummy seasonings
waffle
english muffin
that's all i can think of off the top of my head......
just mix and match to make healthy yummy meals:)
