Ok so have been working as a Store assistant/driver for about 6 months now but recently I got a job from another company.
Ok so in my job I do admin, refill watter, bank money ,deliveries of gas bottles from 18kg to 86kg , help clients and answer the phone and the pay is R4000 a month some drivers have been working 4 years at the same company I am now and still only get R4000 a month.
But now i got a job offer at a computer company that offers me R6500 to be a driver/shop assistant to go get supplies and help in the shop and get a raise every year and bonus.
So question
A)should i accept the new job offer and give my 2 week notice.
B)Does that other employer see something in me that my current employer doesn't.
C)Should I ask the new employer why he decided to offer me the job out of the blue.

sounds like your current company doesn't have a lot of room for growth. and i would think personnel turnover happens a lot. i would tell your current company of your job offer. mention your intention to leave in two weeks to accept it. you can see if they will match or better the offer, or if they like your work, look for possible career advancements to keep you. if they do, and you like working there, it's up to you to keep it.
otherwise, give your two weeks, thank them for the opportunity of working there, and move on to the new one.
did you apply for the new company six months ago, and are now just offering you a job? some companies will keep applications on record for up to a year, and if you qualified before, but something else came up that the position is open again, they could have reached out to you since they already interviewed you.
If the new company is solid, then take the job and give your 2 weeks. No don't ask the new employer why he offered you the job.
