(20+x)(40+x) = 11
800 + 60x + x^2 = 11 ... is this a modulo...
this will not work for the decimal system...
no digit x can be found...
but if this is a modulo ... all digits can be used since there is no other constraint given...

At a minimum, 20 x 40 = 800. So the 11 in your equation cannot be right. Did you ask the right question, or did you make in error in transcription?
