My fiancé woke up his morning at 4 feeling extremely nauseous an then at 8-10 am he was vomiting violently with out cease. He stopped vomiting and tried to eat something small he t about 2 cookies just to get something in his stomach but couldn't keep anything down. Then he reset for 3 hours. He awoke and felt a bit better then a few hours later he had a fever and his head started having a spinning sensation and his stomach felt like it was spinning but he had no headache. Now he still has the spinning sensations but no fever or headache. Any idea k. What it is or any possible thing hat might help?! Please :(
