Fiancé drugged our son. Is this child abuse?
Our son has ADHD/Autism and my fiancé has been giving him Benadryl during the day. I came home and my son was drowsy, loopy, nodding off and staring into space. I know Benadryl isn't dangerous unless taken at high doses but this can not be ethical. He doesn't see anything wrong with this however.
Update:I post on Yahoo answers maybe once a month. I'm familiar with the trolling Tiffany, perhaps I should change my name. This is a serious question.

Your lucky your child doesn't have a social worker. Get rid of you fiancé his a hazard for your child!
Legally probably no but it increases your child's chances of drug abuse and dependence in the future
