no there is no way to see who goes on your profile or looks at your pics

there is an application that just shows your own picture, it's basically used to scare people because they see themselves and then they think that you would be able to see that too, but as soon as you go on your profile it changes the photo to your profile picture. In a way, it's kind of like a mirror, except you cannot see anyone else in it but yourself

There is not. There is one application that I know of that sort of accomplishes the "who's looking at my profile" question..I think it's called Tracked or something, but it's dumb because only people who have that app will show up as people who've seen your profile.
