Federalism and antifederalism are backwards from what you probably think they mean. Federalism is for state's rights, antifederalism is for a centralized government. The laws that the states have been passing lately that the federal government disapproves of are examples of federalism (state's rights).
Fascism, it is basically government social planning done through regulations, basically what we have today in the US.
Government wants to control the health of the American people, pass a regulatory bill forcing people to comply to government health care.
