I need some good exersizes because I have to lose about 10 pounds before Christmas Eve! I really want to do this so any advice, tips, and exersizes, or even videos I can use I'd really apretiat it and thanks:D

you are not going to stop eating! that is dangerous!
i know, i know you are going to say " ill eat later!" "or w/e" If you stop eating you will become scrawny and sick(ewww no one likes to look at that!). If you stop eating for a while.... as soon as you eat again you will gain weight.
If you have to loose weight follow these tips:
Run 4 blocks every day
do not be lazy
do 16 push ups everyday
workout with music and family
substitute these foods for...
Soda- water
Juice- water
whole milk- skim milk or water
candy- grapes, apples, raw veggies
chips, cookies- lettuce, tomatoe slices
pizza- salad
fried chicken- a little cut of chicken the size of four fingers that was grilled or coooked
red meat- small peice salmon
if your parents wont buy these foods
buy some at school or tell your family health if strength and strength is life.
fast work out to loose 2-3 pounds:
dont exaggerate by adding more it will ruin the work out
1.run 30 seconds
2. 4 push ups
3. run 10 sec.
4. 12 crunches
5 run 1 minute
6. 15 squats
7. jump 30 times really lifting your body off the ground, point your toes
8. go into a quiet room and DANCE to 2 hip hop songs!
i have given htis advice before it will be helpful if you are consistent with it.
Well, eat healthy. Bad foods like pizza and all that, replace it with salads, fruits, veggies... ect.
And when you exercise, DANCE TO YOUR FAVORITE SONG 2 times! Then, do as many push-ups and sit-ups as you can. Don't over stress yourself! Never EVER starve yourself! That can ruin your body and your healthy. And exercise with family and friends.So, to summarize...
Eat healthy foods, dance to your favorite music 2 or more times, do as much push-ups and sit-ups (don't over do it!) your body can take, NEVER STARVE YOURSELF, and exercise with family and friends. GOOD LUCK!
