My eeoc investigator wants to meet with people close to me as witnesses, I lost a lot of weight and was in a condition that got worse. He also wants a medical release form for the time it happened. It’s for mental health discrimination. My employer took negative action against me for my condition and I got worse. This is all happening really fast, I only filed a charge two months ago. He said also once he walked around the facility and interviewed people involved that I should probably not contact those people again. Like I said my case is moving really fast. Is that a good sign?

it is a sign they KNOW you where not fit to work, thus not hiring you IS NOT illegal discrimination.
The employer DID NOT take action based on a protected condition. they took action based on NOT being able to perform the job even with reasonable accommodations.
Not really all that fast. Relax.
it might be a good sign
