3600 cals a day to maintain his weight but if he would eat properly and clean up his diet he would probably lose some weight based on that alone. Eating 5-6 small meals daily and eating only lean protein complex carbs and lots of veggies would slim ED down. This sounds like a test question lol. Reminds me of the ones on the paramedic exam lol. Are you tryin to get us to do your homework for you? lol
Should add that with Eds bp the way it is if he would do 3-4 sessions of cardio exerecise a week it would probably improve alot.
