點解個蛋糕咁鄒既??

用蛋白整蛋糕,每次焗完都好濕咁嫁。

焗完之後個樣無咩問題嫁,而且用筷子篤係中間都試下得未,個筷子都無沾嫁。

好ok嫁,但個蛋糕就好鄒咁...仲有食落去就濕濕地。

至於我所用既材料就有蛋白,自發粉,糖,菜油。

呢4樣野,我用左30mins去焗。

之前都試過好多唔同既溫度,時間去焗。但都係出現以上既問題。
